Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support school districts in Arlington, VA, for the 20252026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract position is ideal for clinicians passionate about serving bilingual students communication needs.

Pay Rate: Starting at $49/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual speech and language assessments in English and Spanish

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for bilingual students

Provide direct therapy services tailored to bilingual learners

Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with IDEA and Virginia state regulations
Federal and Virginia State Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution

Valid Virginia license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred

Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Completion of required background checks (FBI, State Police)

Authorization to work legally in the United States
